The phrase "Al-Qur'an-ul-Hakeem (Alifi)" appears to be a poetic expression or creative rendering of the Holy Quran's name. Almost every line of the Quran starts with the Word "ALIF" and this is the very first letter of the Arabic language. The verses of the Quran are in the original text but every line of the verse does not start with the letter "ALIF" Quran is in parts and each part know as surah with its respective name. The Surahs and verses have a varied arrangement of letters and words, resulting in a rhythmic and poetic composition beloved in Islamic tradition.
